History & Physical
- 72-year-old lady with a known diagnosis of breast cancer who presented with a right temporal tumor.
Imaging
Tumor is outlined in a red dotted circle.
Surgical Procedure
- She underwent computer assisted frameless stereotactic craniotomy with complete resection of the tumor.
Post-op Imaging
- Post-op MRI showed complete resection of the tumor.
Post-op Course
- Patient was discharged home in a few days in good health and with no postsurgical complications.
