Metastatic Lung Cancer
History and Physical
- 67-year-old lady with history of non-small cell lung cancer with difficulty with gait and balance, headache, nausea and vomiting.
- On examination, she had difficulty with gait and balance.
Imaging
MRI of her brain shows a tumor in the left cerebellar hemisphere.
Surgical Procedure
- Left suboccipital craniotomy was performed with gross total resection of tumor.
Pathology

The pathology of the tumor confirmed diagnosis of non-small cell cancer (similar to lung tumor).
